I got both message and email yesterday from Dragnet. But the date overlap with my exams on 16th of April. Is they anyway i can change my date if not i will have to forfeit the whole thing. Mine is NNPC/CHEVRON tho, not agbami.

No, The message is exactly like what the OP posted. Only that mine is NNPC/CHEVRON instead of Agbami. I don't think an article is required for this scholarship.
