With 10m you should be ok. I believe you don't need any special foundation. But you will need to manage the construction well. whizbrain: |

whizbrain:7 million naira can still fly provided the finishing wont be too bogus. No special roofing sheet, aluminum windows can be imported material instead of tower or other expensive profile. |
