I'm not a story writer, so i will just go straight to the point and i need the best advice from experienced persons.

In January, i opened a mini fast food restaurant which though stressful, pumps in enough profit for me daily. Months later i got something bigger taking me out of my location for the rest of the year and maybe even more and i don't have a family or trustworthy friend around who i can hand it over to manage or carry on from where i stopped. And the option of employing a manager is not an option, because if you have employees, you will understand by now that this people are just after their own benefits and interest and not yours. And instead of a group of individuals running down a business i have successfully built, I'm considering selling it off.

What advice do you have for me, for those in the field, wrong or okay decision, how do i go about selling it off, how do i find a reliable and interested individual??

Since you will be away for 1 yr, still contract it out. The manager should be giving you a return of certain amount monthly, don't care about how he is to achieve it

Have you considered assets depreciation and the possibility of the said manager liquidating some of the assets.

Thing is that human beings can't be trusted especially in this field.

You might just be labouring for a manager who will be enjoying the fruits of your labour

This I want to avoid!!
