Luis Suárez scored two second-half goals as Barcelona came from behind to maintain their recent hex over an Atlético Madrid side reduced to ten men early on.

The hosts' run of six straight wins against the Rojiblancos was in doubt when Fernando Torres netted his first UEFA Champions League goal for Atleti, but a red card for the striker soon after tilted the balance their way. Suárez tapped in an equaliser just after the hour before heading in the first-leg winner, but this quarter-final tie is far from over.

Stop typing trash,barça's debt is not precarious,their debt profile is probably healthier than most teams,Barça just pride themselves as a team that should not have much debt,hence the EDEBITA policy.Barca recently signed an agreement with some company to construct a new Camp Nou yet they are in serious debt?.Mind you,the total player bonus payed for the treble last year was more than the prize money won.Barca just need an improved shirt sponsorship deal

I don't even like both teams.

I'd love for ATM to qualify. But they can be very stoopid. Score one goal and suck life outta the match. But no. They'd prefer to get red-carded instead.

I honestly wish Benfica could upset the odds, and qualify.

So we'd have Manchester City, Benfica, ATM, and Real Madrid.. After all, it's been a while an English team played in the final. So, UEFA has decided to do something about that.

Someone said ronaldo only scores against small team, but guys watchout, you wont find messi in the pitch today.. Anyway athletico is a tougher challenge for real madrid, so i'ld say let barca go through, grin
