I want to suggest that WIDD includes Drs name and contact details ie if the Mama had a Dr/hospital that guided her to her blessing that she feels is worth recommending. I believe that way we'll have a pool of recommended Drs/Hospitals by location so that any Mama looking for a gynae recommendation can just check out the pool and pick one. I believe it will help old Mamas here and newbies alike who are looking for good gynaes to guide them. Remember to post Country & State against your Drs details. Thanks All.

Below is @ Sugah's protocol for Detox. I copied from a quoted post, couldn't locate the original post to make a direct quote of it.

So i started out with a detox/colon cleanse

-squeeze lemon in warm water and drink first thing in the morning
-my detox juice (i bought a juicer) contents were -celery, apple, cucumber, green
pepper, (parsley occasionally),lemon and ginger root. i drink this right after the
lemon water
-swedish bitters mixed in water i took all through the day
-also got dulcolax (laxative), took that for 3 days.
-the plan was to continue with living bitters after the swedish bitters finishes cos i
had just started my period when i started the detox and living bitters was not
recommended for women in their period. I bought living bitters, took 1 spoon and
trashed the damn thing! that shii is bitter!!!!!!!

Typical meal plan was: Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch- moi moi or grilled chicken and steamed vegetables
Dinner- chicken peppersoup, vegetable soup with little oil or just lots of watermelon
snack in between meals, fruits or nuts. Lots of water all through the day

Exercise routine: started out slow initially ..started with 30mins everyday but ended
up doing 2 hours in the gym 4 or 5 times a week. 1hr cardio and 1 hr weight
training. Best way to stay disciplined is to find someone to workout with...it helps
with motivation

My pharmacists also added some drugs. A brand of orlistat (Ecoslim or Xenical)
and fat burner supplement (it contains inositol and vitamin B6 which is wonderful for
women with PCOS). Orlistat is prescribed for obese people, it breaks down the fat
and you pass it out as oil in your stool. so you see oil in your faeces, that kind of
discourages you from eating meals that are cooked with red oil (at least it did that
to me )

From the Meal Plan down was just her weight loss plan and not Detox. Hope this helps.

My Dear. I don't know of such a product personally. When I still had Fibroids, I took several things, did several things, came on the thread and asked and got nothing. Eventually I made up my mind and went for surgery in January.

My ppl, I saw first hand experience of supernatural pregnancy & child birth yesterday thru to today. My heavily pregnant neigbour started nesting since last week. She cleaned her house from top to bottom, washed clothes almost everyday, washed pots and coolers etc. I was really admiring her strength.
Yesterday midday, she dressed up very well and went out. I saw her leave. We did not know she was strolling to go and deliver. No pain, no stress. In the night, we got the good news that she had put to bed. This morning, she alighted from the vehicle with her baby & others and strolled back into her house! God is wonderful! She has been doing little chores and walking leisurely about since she came bk. I congratulated her in joy and claimed such supernatural pregnancy & delivery for myself and my E-sisters.

yes i took b6 after ovulation, i did not trigger.on day 12 it was 22mm, by day 14 it was not seen,it already ruptured.Jst a week to go now

I am sorry, I should have given feedback. I actually met with her on Thursday and she assured me of her services. Though my last scan didn't show fibroid, I am battling with cysts and annovulation. She asked me to do pelvic scan to know the right treatment to start with. That she doesn't want to start a blind treatment. With what she told me and the way she sounded, I believe her. I will be calling her on Tuesday in order for us to meet again.
