My view....
It is a goat
It doesn't have a human face
It obviously died and was dumped or died at the refuse dump and it has bloated beyond recognition.....it just has an excessively swollen face and not a human face....
Every part of the body is excessively bloated ....check the legs and stomach....
It's a biological reaction...
And disturbance would make that dead goat burst out with diffrent disgusting elements..
