Permit me to say this,that's a blatant lie from you. Glo is the only network in Nigeria that refund client's money if there's any or even no issues as long as You complained. Even if you don't complain if you didn't use what is expected of you, they automatically refund
Now to the issues you raised, glo and Etisalat network are the beat in Nigeria today but glo has value for money and user friendly data plans than Etisalat.
If you think you have a genuine issue, walk to their office to rectify it.

Gor bless you for the words. I have mtn 4.5gb that has been useless because its been damn slow in all location's I have been to in Ibadan. I had to revert to my glo 3gb is #1.400 which I have since been enjoying greatly.

Glo is just too slow. I have been using mtn and etisalat for data, then I decided to opt for Glo since they have the most competitive Price for data N1000 for 1.5gig. But I am now regretting it. Imagine I tried to download a 50,Mb file it took me over 45,mins and I had to restart the download twice because it just stopped halfway.

The NCC should carry out tests to verify the claims of Network providers because consumers are being scammed.

Globacom, just revealing there true colors of been professional scammers. I opted into there 6GB for 3k trap today, and Guess what, you can't load just a single page with that useless 6GB. For many hours I keep calling there arrogant customer care that I need a refund. I made a mistake of not coming here on nairaland to read nigeria oppinion about them, before I opted in for there scamming service. There already Cursed customer care arrogantly addressed me unsimiley and insist to go by with my #3000 without providing any value. I will never forgive this already cursed people. Bro,I guess it gots to do with your location.I use glo too and I'm satisfy with their services(considering Nigerian standard anyway).Just call their customer care on 444 (not 121)they will guide you and rectify the issue I trust.
