It is Rochas Okorocha private university sited in his village. It is not under any partnership with government and private investors. It is Rochas Okorocha private business that he is facilitating with state money.

It's all good, though.

That's exactly what it is. It is Rochas private university situated at his village; facilitated by state funds for his personal gain. He confiscated people's lands and last time i checked i don't think they have been compensated.
