Angola now produces more crude oil than Nigeria and is now largest crude oil producing nation in Africa. How did Nigeria get here? How can a country blessed with so much resources that includes natural resources, talent, energetic and smart people fail to maximise it's potential?

Please share your views on this issue and ideas on how Nigeria can get it's oil industry back to where it use to be.
