thanks Sir, yes not everybody can afford the money. I always advise my clients on the best. I thank God that at the end they realized that house is not cloth, that you can easily change anytime you want. so they choose to go for the best like this.

Nice work bro, I'm also planning to build standard 3 bedrooms (ensuite) store room, mini laundry and guest toilet, semi-detached flats, in a 50/100 size of land, could you or anyone give me the rough estimate of what the cost will be, from the raft foundation to roofing.
