please how will my payoneer card get to me? cuz the first one i ordered i did not receive it so i apllied for a new one.. is it that when it is at my state i will get a call from the shipping company or something?

It'll be delivered to your doorstep. Just keep yourself aware of the estimated date of arrival in the email they sent you.

reorder again bro... when i reordered, it took just 8ays before i got it. make sure your street and state sort code is correct

Re-order it and choose DHL. There is a 50 USD fee for using DHL however you are guaranteed to receive your card in 4 days (with tracking).
