This is not an official duty, but a paid tour. For 20$ you too can get the same white house experience.

Most parts of the White House and Capitol are open for tourism. Once you are cleared of security you can enter these places easily on certain days. I bet it's the same with Aso Rock and the National Assembly including many countries like the Buckingham palace and No. 10 Downing Street.

Whatever he's doing there is his kaya, but I think he has made a name to atleast, get a handshake from the high and mighty.....one picture there shows ppl gathered around him , probably those who recognised him..... African stars are now internationally recognised, and re even being featured on world class media stations...... that don't seem like no tour.

yes! It's true same here you can tour the queens palace, as long as you pay for the ticket its part of tourists Atraction, they use this places to generate a lot of money from tourists. Its no bigee for me anyway
