Can this amount get a "hire purchase worthy" vehicle? I ask this because most vehicles given out for hire-purchase have to be brand new.

it is very rare to see hire purchase on new vehicles, it is mostly tokumbo or used vehicles. And yes, the amount is enough to get very good vehicle.
