i hope they will return their university degrees too since dey gained admissions through a wassce dey cheated on. i also hope they will return whatever money they made using the results.

After acquiring other degrees, made all the money ,d certificate has been useless since ever, or things didn't turn out positive, they now think returning a fraudulent result is/could be a solution

The restitution should be 100%. They should also turn in all d higher certificates, surrender whatever assets they have acquired using d certificates, say sorry to those people they edged out using the results either during admission processing or on d job and finally make themselves available for prosecution.
