Guy try go to the camera settings ,under the settings "Exposure" put the exposure of the camera at "0" for normal conditions,this should fix it.If this doesn't work na fault e be oh! Although I doubt if it's a fault since it's new.
In very dark places u can increase towards the positive direction +1,+2 to improve d lighting ,when in normal conditions the settings is on this, it makes the snapped pictures too whitish.Then in very bright places -1,-2 positions to reduce d brightness. .Good luck!
