Recalling your representative as a constituent in either the Upper or the Lower Chamber has been mentioned many times in the public domain, but it has not been done before as far as I know (correct me if I am wrong). Can any one give constitutional steps that can be taken by a constituent to recall its representative? If it is achievable, how easy is it? 1 Like |
