Which country do you live in? Obviously not 9ja.

Even a fairly crude emergency C-section by the road side might have helped. If we had a functioning system, paramedics/medics could just get the baby out, if mum likely gone. And the flying doctor would arrive soon.

With basic resuscitation, the baby might have made it.

They are all standing, likely none of them trained in first aid. A large population without knowledge of basic life-saving techniques. shocked
