To all the Enugu residents here. I Have a budget of 5m. Have been told of few locations in Enugu: New GRA extension, Maryland, and Amorji Nike. Which other locations do you guys recommend? Don't live in Enugu so don't know much about these locations. Will appreciate ur help.

Enugu is good, independence layout phase 2 is also okay to get a property. But in nike,you have to be very careful

Some part of Nike is completely free and safe from whatever be the fear of investors and intending landlords sincerely.

Here, I also suggest, green lake layout, beside New GRA; Alulu Nike, Edem Nike, premier layout phase2 (free part), New haven Extension, These places are good to buy. I am equally in the business.

So if you find it difficult or needs someone on ground to guide you in any of these area mentioned for a property purchase, I will be at your service.
