The case of ur password is vry important. If it's in uppercase letters it would be incorrect to input it in lower case nd vice versa. So try to change d case.

He shld also look at d first letter of the password weather it's in upper or lower cases.
Some sites are case sensitive

Same thing happened to guys i want to check for them.
