Some people are yet to receive the update, also the link shows guides on how to install and carry out the updating process as not everyone is a geek.

That still an issue unsolved, but the phone is more stable now. And some apps and games that refuse to install on L are now working/installable e.g mc4

If airtel network coverage is strong and stable the 10mins + 5mins will do the job for you #30+#15=#45. Or you could just sub for the 30mins #90. So that assurance go cover you small. Try the first post about the update on this thread there link is from Dropbox. Dropbox servers are fast (bandwidth)
