Waterlines is a no go area. 2 weeks ago, I'm in my vehicle around waterlines area and i hear rapid gun shots. Apparently some guys opened fire on a black bullet proof Hilux vehicle (I think they were carrying money). So You can imagine if that vehicle was not bullet proof.....The driver of the vehicle had to drive "one way" in order to escape. I hurriedly veered off aba road towards Rumukalagbor area; I was't interested to see how this film will end. The guys that were shooting casually just strolled away like nothing happened....PH don "Gbolo". But then again we have Ex-Militants (under PDP) now in the state house of Assembly. The governor is washing his hands in the same bowl with them, so what do you expectmore chaos!!
