Buhari contested for the position of president 4 times, in 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2015.

In 2003 Buhari declared in his asset declaration in CCB forms that he has 150 cows

In 2007 he declared in his CCB forms that he has 150 cows

In 2011 he declared in his CCB forms that he has 150 cows

In 2015 he declared in his CCB forms that he has 150 cows

How is that possible?

Nigerians were so clueless, they did not even think about it, let alone wonder why/how Buhari's number of cows remained the same over more than a decade.

So it is either Nigerians (including the press who should be fact-checking these things) are the dumbest people on earth, or Buhari is a big scammer (and liar), or he is so incompetent that he does not know to update his own records.

Now you are still surprised why Buhari resubmitted GEJ's budget as his own before he was busted?

I dare say that Buhari will never be able to move Nigeria forward, having not been able to do so for a small cow farm.

Otherwise, if his cows have increased over these years - which I suspect - yet he was unable to provide updated records 3 times thereafter, how can he update (upgrade) Nigeria to the 21st century?
