When exactly does Buhari intend to effect the disbursements of the claimed recovered trillions of dollars of his perceived enemies 'loots' to the state government for salary payments and development of the said states?

The federal government is owing many states funds for federal road constructed in their various states.

Why not reimburse them once and for all instead of stopping obligatory deductions?

This low oil price is an opportunity to make politics unattractive.most of this governors thought they were going to be chopping excess from their federal allocations for themselves.

They should takeover the states' workers since the state government can't pay them.
