My thoughs exactly...who did not know the politicians were incompetent before fighting to vote them into office all because of tribal and religious sentiments?

We then expect things to change and pray that God gives a bricklayer the intelligence of a brain surgeon by miracle.

I thank God for my dear state Anambra, even without the so called bail out , my able Governor Willie Obiano is commissioning projects here and there,paying workers salary promptly. The so called governors that received the bail out , mismanaged the funds and still could not pay their workers salary. Nigerians una don they see am abi?

Aregbesola is the only governor that built a school for 6 years.

so you noticed that vintage APC hypocrite? their hypocrisy is the sole reason I will never take them serious (which sane mind will?) they blamed GEJ for giving the governors free hand to admnister their states, they blamed him for giving in to their demands to share the monies accrued from the ECA..and now they turn around to shield Buhari for not making sure the bailout he gave to the governors were judiciously used?? These guys are unbelievable!

Most of these are mere speculations than established facts. Imo State where I know for example paid 100% outstanding salaries of workers till December after which the Government and Labour reached an agreement on sharing formula relieving Government of responsibility in salary payments. The salaries from January has been the duty of NLC and whatever flaws witnessed remains their blame too.

Was there a bailout anywhere? PMB only used that avenue to refund his sponsors who footed his campaign and election bills. Remember many of them (e.g. the prodigal one in Osun) invested a lot on him and the party at the detriment of their workers. PMB only needed to include some PDP states so that it could be seen as 'bailout funds'.
The dullard.inho will soon be deceived into dolling out another bailout.

States are only truly autonomous when they generate and control their resources whilst paying an agreed percentage to the centre. If your father n mother still cater for you where is your independence?

Osun State received N34.988.990.000.00 as bailout fund and disbursed N18.677.224.582.20, leaving a balance of N16.311,765.418 billion as at November. 2015. The Commission said it was verifying allegations that Osun State public servants had only been paid salaries up to July 2015.

for crying out loud, these states have houses of assembly, Labour unions civil society organizations etc who can act as check mechanism not the federal govt. your analogy can't work here because govt work with constitution.

Shame on the governors.... God shall judge them all, bunch of thieves without conciense.... Times are hard for civil servants thanks to bad leadership, states owing more than four months and the so called governors find it easy to sleep everytime. I swear! I wonder if those guys in the other camp are humans or just animals trained and bred to do the bidding of their slave master politicians. check very well, there is no state without internal and to some extent external debt yet they still applied for the bailout fund, either to siphon or to meet up their state obligations. why won't I commend my state for being contented with his world bank borrowing.
