Hello friends. Please how does one get employed by either the state or federal government for a teaching job? How often do they recruit teachers at state and federal levels?

Mostly that of Federal Government is through the Federal Ministry of Education or you can be posted to Federal Ministry of Education from the Federal Civil Service Commission. That of state depend on the state. @least Kaduna state did their own some times back.
Just as Oga sunnypar said sometimes it's all about who you know and you might be fortunate.
