sorry, you can't study architecture without credit in chemistry...

but you can go for other courses in environmental faculty, like quantity surveying, urban and regional planning, surveying and geo.......

Your chances are high, just try and score upto or above 220 in ur post utme to be on a safer side since u are combining results i.e two sittings and chem engr is quite competitive.
About d post utme, its C.B.T i.e computer Based Test where your knowledge on ur jamb combo is going to be tested, its going to be 40 questions in 30 minutes. You are xpected to answer each question under 55sec.

I was in d same shoes as urs last year... u have a good chance of being admitted if u use your hnd because dere is more applicants going tru d n.d level.. computer science is also a very competitive course with over a thousand applicants every year. i will advice u try other i.c.t related courses like information nd media technology, cyber security science, project management technology.. bt if u still insist on going for computer science try nd score at least 280 in d d.e screening, because lots of distinction nd upper credit students go for computer science..... BEST OF LUCK.
