The standard of written English has really fallen in this country. So Ojukwu was the first "university" in the Nigerian Army?

...lol.. first university indeed... when i see youths type thrash nowadays, i weep for em.. leaders of tomorrow indeed... If the Biafran Warlord was as dull as youths of today, am sure he wud ave become a general in the Nigerian Army.... I like ojukwu though, i still wish i fought alongside him

I read in some books that he carefully safeguarded those design prototypes for aircraft, ships and warheads, and other undisclosed technology that they planned on manufacturing had Biiiafra been restored...the arch reason for the Ivory Coast trip! These were later passed secretly to Biiiafra engineers and scientists who went on exile....these were engineers and scientists that were whisked out of the country by western governments to tap on their expertise just as the US and Russia whisked German engineers and scientists after world war 2 to their countries.

Only a fool will call Ojukwu a coward for flying out to Ivory Coast at the end of the war. What kind of person will stay back to be captured and killed if they have an escape route? Soldiers are taught that in a case where the situation has become hopeless, instead of falling into enemy hands, abandon the fight and escape so that you may live to fight another day. Ojukwu would have been a very foolish man to have stayed back and let himself be killed. He was the greatest Igbo son that ever lived.

He's gone. But the dream lives on. We will achieve our aims. We will be free once again.
