Ordinarily one would have expected Ben Bruce to give this award to GEJ his brother especially at a time the latter is being famed for conceding defeat at the 2015 polls. But the fact that Bruce decided to give it to Tinubu can only mean that most enlightened SS politicians don't buy into the SE invented theory that Tinubu's expression of his freedom of association by aligning with the North translated to a betrayal of GEJ. Beyond the superficial rage on GEJ's electoral defeat the SS politicians obviously seem to understand that GEJ to on his own part failed to play his card well as regards sustaining the unity of the South and solidarity of the Middle Belt which both determined his victory in 2011.

baba i support your view...if every politician siphon funds to economically boost dia community we would be very happy... I am one of those that attended a university owned by an ex governor.. And i can attest... The multiplier effect is gradually growing over there... It was a dead village with no access road or electrification before.
