Inspector General of police, Solomon Arase, says that there is no budget for the deployment of extra police officers to troubled Agatu community in Benue state. The crisis in Agatu came to the fore last month after many people were killed by suspected herdsmen in the community. Arase said this while speaking on Channels TV this morning.

In other words Agatu people u are on ur own. If u like open ur eyes and watch the herdsmen obliterate u or u can defend urselves. All the best
