I know this guy wella only say we no dey yarn for area d main thing that transpired was that this yusuf guy lost his mother about 3 months ago and during the funeral of his mom, his kid sister's boyfriend shot him on his left leg in a fracas that erupted and a month later this guy heard that his kid sister was pregnant for the same guy that shot him so thats when the guy wanted to take action that eventually led to his current situation.

The son was not drugged. It has to do with the culture of these people. The subservient and slavish attitude of children to their parents, especially the fathers is to blame. If you have to lie flat on the ground each time you see your father, he can get you to do anything. Before the Yoruba son realizes the danger of what his father is up to, it's too late.
No 35 years old Igbo son will sit down and watch his father go and bring a chain to chain him down. The father will not even dare think about such a punishment in the first place. He would rather encourage the son of 35 yrs to leave his house.
The Yoruba culture made this inhuman treatment possible.
