OP I thought UNION BANK building is the tallest building in nigeria, are u confusing structure with building? NECOM has a tower that is occupied by no human except mast, so should we still call NECOM house the tallest building in Nigeria?

I get your point too... I personally feel the NECOM tower is just a cheat.

Structure wise without the mast, Union Bank tower is much taller. But unfortunately, its usually measured from the ground to the highest point of the structure.

You forgot to mention that it belongs to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Tinubu buried Lagos State Government money in that hotel.
