By notification u mean statement of result?
With statement of result u are good now, most schools in Nigeria Certificates don't get to be ready until 3-6 years after graduation few exceptions though I.e ABU. So u are good

this is the military we are talking about, public holidays are irrelevant. Someone is always on duty.

It was that exact way in 2013, We asked the same questions. How can they not have your parents address or phone number in case something happens? this is the only form they can refer to for such details. They may have put things wrongly on the form but it's not yours.

The name sef clearly describes the form........"Parent/Guardians form" which means that this form must contain the details of your parent or guardian joor. MIMZY You are very correct.
