It's designed such way. One port is higher than the other.

After payment was confirmed, romoss solo 5 10,000mah was sent today to rivers state. We are awaiting message from success of the delivery by tomorrow. Thanks once again

My solo 5 isn't charging what could be the problem. I bought it 3 days ago from a different distributor he told me to charge well before use which I did. While charging it I noticed it took several hours before it got full, now I have used it and it's empty, being trying to charge for like 2 nights now, it just keeps blinking at one bar but not charging. Did I buy a fake one?

whatsapp me, it could be ur charger coz u need a good charger that its output are like 1.5a or 2.0a to get a good charge.

My experience with Romoss power bank

It's the best power bank you can bank your money on. I got mine last week at computer village and since then I can say Bleep PHCN. It's truly worth the hype. I got the 1000mah non LCD display and one bar charged my iPhone 6 to the maximum twice. Still got three bars intact. I'm not here to market for anyone. Just doing a review for future buyers. Sowi this came out very late , had to test the solo5 10000mah to the fullest b4 makin a review. Got it last 3 weeks frm just2endowed delivery was swift, and the xperience was wow it could last me 4 - 5 days . When full can charge ma hot 2 more than 8tyms frm dead to full. its really worth d price

It charges Infinix hot note very slow.

I used the Romoss cable and many other original cables, Yet the Romoss charges my Infinix very slow.
Infact i tried using it to charge another Infinix hot note phone. Same thing.
