This photo has been online since I can remember. They didn't catch this car in Oyo. How come no officer is in the photo. Besides, the number is conveniently not shown. They should get on the road and do their jobs not browse Internet for photos.

Bros thats not true, provide the picture or i dont believe it.
On a more serious note if you have travelled the length of this country well enough
you will agree with me that this is an everyday thing especially at night. The oyo route and the jebba route especially
the badagry route are proper example
