I'm looking for a FEMALE FLATMATE to share a 2 bedroom and parlour at Jakande - Lekki 4th Roundabout, Lagos.

The previous tenant is relocating to Abuja permanently after having paid the rent of 600K and spent just 5 months. The rent is still running till November 2016 and the tenant wishes to sublet for 6 months. The rent for 6 months is N300K.
