Am in a university wereby a Dr. Is currently the vc.so am really intrested to knw if this is right

Is university the name of the secondary school?

Jokes apart, I doubt it's possible. A university usually have numerous professors hence, will not be ruled by a PhD holder.

But I fear politics in Nigeria.

I dnt have business with castigating any1...d person in question is even my church member..am tellin u wot is real..am a student of the said institution
