Use the numerical function under the insert tab and you will have to select the entire row n column containing the numbers then click on the function and set it to phone contact

You need to use the CONCATENATE function. In a new column write =CONCATENATE("234", "click on the second cell"). Press enter.
This should join the contents of the 2 cells together. note that first the cell with the number should be changed to general or text data type, in the ribbon.
Hope that helps

Take the following steps to resolve it:
Assuming the phone numbers you already have are in column A
1. In column B, write this formula =RIGHT(A1,10)
the essence of this is to take the last 10 digits to your right, with this, you have successfully removed the first digit "0".

2. In column C, write this formula ="+234"&B1
This mean add +234 to the 10 digits in column B as in 1 above.

3. Highlight column B and C and drag formula to the last row of column A.

I have attached pix to guide U.

Good luck.

Why not just contract it out to someone who can do it for you for a fee? You dont seem to be getting the help given.
