I know you must have meant this as a joke, but it is sooooo true.

Think about it, min wage in Yankee is like $7 per hour and there is mad food everywhere.

Pancakes, huge steaks, mashed potatoes, salmon, waffles, chicken... all in huge proportions.

A typical meal in a Texas restaurant will be like a huge steak that covers almost half the plate, small rice, small veggies and so on.
