Nassarawa State Governor, Umaru Tanko Al -Makura stooped his convoy to help some travellers who were involved in a serious accident. The governor ordered his aides to help the victims as they were taken to a hospital in his patrol van .

Apart from that incident, I know of another where the Governor was accused of doing something like that.
