If Khan is patient enough not to go all in and exchange blows with Canelo, I believe he can wear him out with his speed and fast punches.

This is a man who has gone toe to toe with the biggest names in boxing(Mayweather notably), there is no question of his conditioning. If one could wear him out it'd look evident during his bout with Cotto.
Khan on the other hand has a glass jaw, it's his Achilles heel and opponents know it. I'm guessing at best an 8th round knockout and a 3rd round knockout at worst. No amount of speed can make up for such a strong flaw.
