My tecno f7 version 4.2.1 can't be upgraded since cos my volume buttons are not working. I have taken my phones to the engineers for the repair but they can't get it repaired. Pls is it possible to upgrade the phone without the volume buttons working? Pls help me the gurus. I'm not enjoying the phone with this version at all.
