Atletico is known to do so too.

They once beat Real Madrid in "Copa Del Rey" final to claim the title some few years back.

Bruh, i beg to disagree with u. Are u ranking leagues based on revenue generated or performances in continental competitions? Cos I'm quite sure, d latter is UEFA's basis for ranking.
So, I don't understand where u got d idea of EPL being d best league in d World from.
It's d most watched league in d World, no doubt. But d best? Do u even study d coefficient ranking at all?
