You are clearly one of those that listen to what people says but don't do research on their own. in what universe did GLJ leave dollar in 165?? PMB meet dollar at 200 and he maintained it till now, only parallel market increases to 320 but PMB won't devalue Naira like GLJ did, else official rate will be 320 or 300 by now.

U are very useless. Even b4 Jonathan left office. He had already devalued to 197. And that is still what it is till now. Its only high of the parallel market cos of scarcity caused by your hero as our foreign reserves was opened to all looters!

Wrong! Once Buhari came onboard, he stopped the naira from depreciating further, so it was probably around 197 which is where PMB fixed it
