I have a friend who also participated in the Maritime studies in Philippine, He is currently stranded in Nigeria now as no provision was made for them after their studies. The coordinator of the programme embezzled the money which was allocated for holiday flight and they were forced to stay in Philippine for four years.
Whenever they complain, they will be told that "You guys are lucky to be here, if you are not satisfied with this treatment, you can go back to Nigeria to apply for JAMB"
