90000 barrels per day shut in is not a 20-year low. This guys don't know a thing about oil production in Nigeria.

who was mandated to do the cleanup? fg or shell?

buhari will not do the cleanup, it is shell that suppose to do it.

the resolution was passed since the time of gej mandating shell to do the cleanup n also pay 1billiondolls compensation to the ogoni people.
