Special Adviser to Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on New Media,Reno Omokri, has reacted to a statement from the official twitter handle of President Buhari claiming the previous administration budgeted only a paltry sum of 18bn naira for roads in the 2015 appropriation act compared to the 200bn naira been budgeted for same by the current administration.

The amount she said on Channels TV sunrise daily was N19 billion till I read a different figure of N90 billion later in the evening which Vanguard and PM news alleged she mentioned at a meeting with Newspaper Proprietors Association of Nigeria (NPAN) hosted by her counterpart in the Ministry of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

The N90 billion has since been changed to N19 billion on the PM news website but not sure of the others

you always try hard to defend your dull master, buhari did not use the word "spent" he said 'budgeted', kemi used the word 'spent' and not 'budgeted'... your sense should tell you that you cannot spend without budgeting and you also cannot spend more than what is budgeted.

going by pure logic if Kemi is telling us 90bn was spent on roads in 2015, then it simply means that at least 90bn was budgeted for roads in 2015.

my advice to you goes like this, common sense is still common and free even in the year 2016 pls go grap your free copy. do it for yourself, do it for nigeria and do it for humanity
