my phone operates itself most times and it's so annoying.. it creates unnecessary error on my spellings as it shows ten times a particular alphabet or 2 in a word. sometime, when I'm on call, it ends the call on it's own. it gets worse when network is bad.. it gets better if I lock and unlock the phone but it takes me over 12 minutes to type my password in order to get the phone unlocked as it would keep going up and down. this is so frustrating.

the phone is Samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 , it runs android 4.1.2 and I'm yet to upgrade it cos I still don't know how it's done. pls guys, how do I solve the problem? ideal comments pls

Ur phone obviously has a ram lower than 1gb and ur apps are too much

.. Bros change ur phone... Even when u want to update the phone, it will tell u the Ram is too low, delete some apps..
