Yep. I just backed up the data and system through twrp. I restored system successfully but we I tried to restore data, it got to 98% and said error. What do I do?

seriously haven't encountered such error before... I think 4peace uploaded his twrp backup pages back(around 60-70), try it maybe his would work for you

RU123123 thanks for the good Job. The ROM is smooth and I like it, however, I discovered my network is permanently locked on 2g I can't use my 3g n 4g at all. Also the Bluetooth is buggy, it won't receive nor send file. Please try and look into these issues. Thanks

please i am having a prob with my rooted gionee m3min, i did the gionee updates and the phone kept rebooting into recovery, i tried to restore my backup.... still the same.

2G/3G - try to change network for DATA, or type of network in settings

Just restore ONLY system, then - make Wipe - cache, data, dalvik

mine does same too... though it does add a little percent here and there after a couple of minutes

there is no permanent solution or identified cause, buh yours doesn't move because you're pressing it while it charges. Just leave it charging for hours(without touching it), probably overnight even, and try using another good charger. I'm still tryna figure out the cause, will get to you if I find a fix for it

installation will take 3-10 minutes
first start - 3-5 min

guys if your phone is not a virgin (with root, or deleted root, or custom recovery, or you deleted something of preinstalled programms, etc...) - don't try to install official update! it will not work!

you can upgrade your phone ONLY if you are not changed EVERYTHING on it!

After *CM12.1 HIGHSCREEN P4* then theres "failed to mount dev block/platform/ mtk-........*""*** then system or resource busy.

"failed to mount" - no problem. it's a little bug in updater script.

do you wait for 5-10 minutes? after you can see message - "OK" and key REBOOT AND WIPE in the bottom of the screen

if something goes wrong you can see RED ERROR code
white text - just informing / not a problem

yep, I did see the keys to reboot. when I do that it doesnt boot. it keeps looping the boot logo

trust me nah, I tried to unroot with kingroot while i feel asleep only to wake up and discovered the update download is completed and i went ahead with the upgrade and here I am . All the two recoveries failed.

I for say, guy like you no suppose fall hand like that.

The SP flash tool should work.... also flash the stock recovery, then attempt the update again.

@georgyex I experienced the same error but the ROM installed properly like RU123123 said its just a script error. Just follow the installation instructions for the ROM and you'll be good to go. But allow the installation of the ROM to be completed even if you see the error like i did with twrp 3.0. @RU123123 still haven't been able to access otg devices yet.Any further directions to for this would be highly appreciated. Lastly FM radio and usb mass storage mode appear to be broken

I am talking about this? 2g is always chosen by default and whatever other network mode I choose won't work. Except if I'm the only one experiencing this
