Please my tecno l7 Android smartphone is having problem; whenever I have an incoming call,and touched the screen to pick...it will display something like this " unfortunately, dialer has stopped "I can't pick my call(with the normal finger slide) else I use earpiece button. Please can anyone help me on what and what to do to stop the this malfunction. Thanks!!!

try it and if it doesn't work then u have to take it to carlcare center

please why cant i make a call with my brand new Tecno L9 plus. each time i try to dial number it tells me PHONE KEEPS STOPPING
