Lere is the best candidate among the lot. He is well versed in the art of image laundering. His experience as SSA to Fayose makes him the most viable candidate. The PDP doesn't need a mouthpiece that will learn on the job. The PDP needs a spokesman who won't cower before the ruling party. His victory at the Convention is sure to make Lai Mohammed, Segun Adeshina, and Garba Sheu spend more time at their desks writing rebuttals. If the PDP wants to be heard, this is the candidate with the loudest voice.

For healthy opposition and criticism, you need integrity. You need credibility. You need to be loaded upstairs. I don't see any of these in the entity called Lere Olayinka. All the cockamamie folklore used to decerebrate their gullible followers in Ekiti cannot take him anywhere in our national politics.
Imagine his boss, Fayose, went to China, posed with a pulpit, photoshopped the picture with another taken at a train station, and claimed he was addressing some audience in china. Such scenario would have gone unnoticed, unravelled, undiscovered by his gullible followers if it had been done in a local government in Ekiti. In fact, Lere Olayinka would have claimed the entire village trooped out en mass.
That's not the personality Nigeria needs to move forward.
We need credible men and women. Men and women of the order of Tai Sholarin, Anthony Enahoro, Ken Sarowiwa, Wole Soyinka, The Kuti Anikulapos, Femi Falana, Tunde Bakare, etc. Men who will confront issues with facts and figures , instead of thriving on cheap blackmails to get the sympathy of the gullible folks.
Criticism is not about insulting or abusing dignitaries. That's barbaric.

Even before getting started, you've already failed. Your job is not to de-market APC but to sell PDP. That was what Metuh, Abati, Okupe, Omokri, and FFK failed to understand during the last elections but rather focused squarely on throwing mud at APC (the Youth presidential debate involving AyeDee was a clear example) making the party appear much more formidable. They did nothing to mend the battered image of PDP and they paid dearly for it.

Well, as he plans to de-market APC, Fayose would market it even beyond the boundaries of Nigeria, and Baba would just put the icing on the cake.

I have told Barca to wake up to political realities but he remained glued to his naive views. The demands of the office of the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP is beyond Sola Kuti's political ability but Barca fails to acknowledge this for obvious pecuniary gains.
